Announcing the Heat Rate Improvement Program (194) biannual gathering of the program members to discuss Plant Experiences. The members-only format for the Plant Experiences Meeting provides a casual, informal atmosphere in which attendees can share experiences on how they experienced and solved performance and operating problems at their respective plants
